Site engineering then site management for reinforced-concrete residential buildings and associated civil works for officers’ housing, including progress monitoring, coordination with the consultant and closing punch-lists prior to handover.

Senior structural supervision for high-end residential buildings within a large gated community, including technical review of shop drawings, RFIs and method statements to improve constructability and optimize material use.

Avaris Compound – New Cairo, Egypt (60-Building Residential Compound – Manazel United)

Structural supervision and technical support for a multi-building residential compound (60 buildings), maintaining consistent quality across repetitive building types and supporting accurate quantity surveying and variations review.
